I love cooking as a hobby. i really enjoy it when it's healthy. I do have a hard time finding recipes because my husband is a very picky eater when it comes to veggies (he's a meat and potatoes guy)

I love trying ethnic food, but don't really like to cook it. the ingreadients are too hard to come by some times. i really love to bake also.
