I am a Southern belle, originally from Arkansas, and now live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. B.C. (Before Children), I was a paralegal and now am co-owner of a catering company and I homeschool the children, both of which are extremely hard but rewarding.

I don't really have one favorite cookbook. I do collect cookbooks and enjoy using those published by churches and Junior Leagues from all over.

My children and cooking are my passion. My mother taught me to cook and I am grateful to her for that every day.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is anything pasta! However, I am most famous for my appetizers and holiday dishes (mainly traditional Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's). I love to have holiday gatherings and serve a favorite dish of each guest. But, I always add a new appetizer or dish to "test out".
