I live in Southern California and I am the Executive Director of a Reform synagogue. My two hobbies are cooking and scrapbooking. Since I had gastric bypass surgery several years ago, I try to find recipes that are low in fat and sugar and are high in protein but I still make my traditional favorites for all of the Jewish holidays.
