Well,first off they have to serve french fries...Seriously, there is a restaurant in Milan, Italy called Acanto at the Hotel Principe di Savioa that is not only the most beautiful restaurant in the world, but serves the freshest most imiginative and delectable Italian food EVER! The kitchen has a huge window that allows you to watch the magic as it happens.
