about me

I have lived in Arizona for 30 years. I was born in Illinois and graduated from Pepperdine University in 1971. My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. I am unable to work, presently I am taking a computer software class and hope to have an in home photo restoration business. My passion is cooking, reading, and watching movies. I love entertaining.

Favorite Foods:

My mother was an excellent cook, although I never had a cooking lesson in my life-I simply watched her. She made a fantastic beef strogonoff which I still enjoy cooking even now.

I have a meatloaf recipe that I have worked on for about 25 years. My children hated meatloaf and I decided to make one that they would eat. I am happy to report they finally asked for seconds.

My two favorite restaurants are the Landmark and Anzio's Landing. Food is great and service is superb!
