My favorite cookbook is The Complete Guide to Country Cooking. My family most enjoys country style home cooked meals, so that is what I do most. I have two little ones so I am always on the lookout for something new and fun (yet healthy) for them. I enjoy experimenting with homemade breads and deserts. I am a carb fanatic – but unlike the rest of the country I eat them, not avoid them! ;~D
