I live in New Orleans and love everything about this city...the culture, the people and especially, the food! Other than Christmas and Thanksgiving, my favorite day of the year is Mardi Gras.

My boys are all grown, so now I am spoiling my grandchildren. I love to cook and collect cookbooks. This website is absolutely the best.

Since I'm from southern Louisiana, how could I not love cajun food...gumbos, crawfish boils, shrimp po-boys, pralines. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. I also enjoy Italian and Mexican food. Heck, who am I kidding, I love almost every kind of food and with this web-site I am learning how to cook things I would never have tried.
