I've been a Chef for several years. I will post only recipes I've prepared and will assume that the cook trying the recipe knows there way around a kitchen. Most recipes will be my own with some of those adapted from hand me downs. My favorite cookbooks... 1)Thrill of the Grill 2)Seasoned America. I love to cook, garden (mainly herbs and veggies,) and like it spicy!
