I'm so happy it's Autumn! My second-ever garden has winded down. I still have some carrots, a couple peppers and a couple tomatoes left.

Although I've enjoyed my new found interest in gardening, I am happy the season is coming to an end. It gives me months to think about how to do things better next year, what I want to grow and a new layout. It also gives me a break from the daily watering, etc. that is daunting, lol.

I have a passion for locally grown produce and grains. Supporting my local farmers is important to me. Knowing where my food comes from, that it wasn't genetically modified, and supporting my neighbors makes me feel great. My taste buds love it too!

My kind and ever so handsome boyfriend loves my creations. Thanks to those of you who give me new ideas and inspire my mind and spatula!

Favorite Foods:

Potatoes, avocados, pasta, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, nuts, oranges, limes, and anything my mom makes!
