I'm a young woman just out of college who has just discovered a love of cooking. I love cooking Italian food, although I've discovered I have a talent for fish too...not that I eat fish but the people around me seem to like it! On top of that I have to find recipes that are Kosher...as my boyfriend keeps Kosher, even though I don't. This is a challenge for me (Jersey girls like me grow up on bacon, pork roll, kielbasa and cheeseburgers - all of which are definitely not Kosher!) so any ideas anyone could give me would be helpful!

Favorite Foods:

Honestly, my favorite food is pierogies and penne ala vodka, but I have to lose some weight so I can look my absolute best, so right now I'm always looking for new low carb delicacies.
