about me

I am a Busy Mum to 3 girls and work as a Pupil Support Assistant in a mainstream Primary school. I love my job and find it both challenging and rewarding. I enjoy cooking and have, after a period of low enthusiasm, started to cook more and more new recipes that I have found online. I am working on a ring binder of recipes so the children can be more involved in the food they eat and will hopefully create our perfect cookbook of food we all love.

Favorite Foods:

I like most food, but Italian, Indian and Mexican would top my list at the moment. No-one in the house likes seafood so that it not on the menu in our house. I enjoy baking and am going to grow my own veg for the first time this year.
