I am married to the most wonderful man in the world and I am a mother of three boys, 2 grown and a 7 year old that thinks he is I also have a beautiful 16month old granddaughter Stephanie. I live in Alberta Canada.I have been in the kitchen since I was 4 years old and am always looking at ways to create, change & improve recipes. I love food from all cultures , I was an army brat and lived in Europe and travelled to many exotic places.So my family never knows what they are going to be served or whick country it will be from day to day. Time in the kitchen and watching people enjoy the food created gives me great pleasure.

Favorite Foods:

Taboulli is my all fave.Not much into very sweet, But spicy, savory can really do it for me. I love Thai food, Italian, Ukrainian, Indian (curry nummy!) Mexican and recipes that use a lot of fresh herbs to turn the regular into a symphony Is always enjoyed in this house.
