I'm an executive secretary who has been off work for a year and having a good time trying new recipes, but it's time to go back to work. So I'm looking for 'after work' recipes.

I'm fond of making desserts, especially creamy rich stuff, but I like my comfort foods like Mac n Cheese, spaghetti, chicken stuffing casserole — that kind of thing.
