Hey I'm still a novice cook but I know how to follow a recipe! Since I have a kitchen of my own for the first time this year (yay!), I'm cooking like crazy! I'm looking for all sorts of recipes, both classic and exotic. I think I'm at the right place!

Favorite Foods:

I like everything, but my priorities are health and variety (in that order). So I enjoy omega 3 rich foods (that one always cracks up all my friends!) with lots of fruits and veggies. I don't shy away from whole grains and I'm trying to include some foreign cuisines into my repertoire: Mediterranean (including North African), Asian and Latin even though French and Italian still top my list!
