I moved from Florida to New Mexico to Texas . I love Texas. I do enjoy cooking. I am a Marine all be it an old one.I am a painter and have made a living with art all my life though I take a back seat to my wife who stopped practicing law and now paints full time.
I went to fly fishing guide school but I do not guide, I hunt from North Dakota to Texas every year and fish from Florida to Oregon I have a Airstream that I stay in while traveling and have learned to cook just about anything in a small space. I do not understand how people rate a recipe that they change it does not make since as it is no longer that recipe but......

sushi,pho, curry and duck confit Fresh bread not from a bread machine potatoes just about every way you can cook them and cookies, I really like cookies
