about me

I am from Missouri. I work full-time hauling sheetrock for a materials company. In my spare time my greatest passion is cooking. I would love to open a restaraunt someday, maybe when I retire. I also enjoy camping, canoeing, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, and a little hockey in the winter. I'm originally from North Dakota and really miss the snowy winters and all of the winter sports that go with it.

Favorite Foods:

My biggest cooking influences come from my roots in ND, a lot of Norweigian and German dishes. I cook many different casserole dishes that i grew up on, mmm nothing like great comfort food to remind you of home. The best of these is knoephle soup, a creamy German dumpling and chicken dish. When I perfect my recipe I will share it, oh so delicious!!
