Married mother of two teenagers. I love to cook, but even more than that I love reading recipes, cookbooks and cooking magazines. My husband always teases me that I'll say "this sounds like a good recipe to try" and then I end up making the same 10 dishes over and over!

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican food and Chinese food the best. I think my favorite thing to make is homemade pizza. I can make the dough soft and chewy for the kids (just put it in an unheated oven) then when that one comes out, I can bake mine and my husband's at 500 degrees for a nice crispy crust.
