I love cookbooks, reading them, and the exciting possiblities in creating food. I mostly don't have time to cook many new recipes, but I keep trying. Our family makes all it's meals from scratch, and we are vegetarians, I likely have 101 ways to prepare beans etched inside my head! My favorite foods to make are Yule cookies...the variety of recipes, the fun of decorating with my children, and the joy we bring to others when we make our cookie deliveries to family and friends in our community all help make this time of year merry, bright, and delicious!

Favorite Foods:

pizza, frozen chocolate chip cookie dough, most lentil dishes, salsa & chips, apple brown betty, peach cobbler made from home=canned peaches, and prepared and eaten on Jan 1st.
