about me

I'm a business manager and MBA student living in Kansas with my DH and devilish dog, Zoey. I LOVE TO COOK! Cooking is my stress relief and my creative side coming out to play. I have to try really hard to follow a recipe to the letter (except when baking) because I like to modify, improve IMHO and make shortcuts to my favorite foods. DH and I are open to just about any food and I enjoy trying new recipes of all kinds. I LOVE RECIPEZAAR! I've since started trying to convert all my friends and family to Zaar lovers too- I've got one sister on board already- hi RockChalkChick!

Favorite Foods:

To many favorite foods to list all of them, but here's a few of the top choices: guacamole, mexican rice, really good ranch dressing, meatloaf, cheese enchiladas and general tso chicken. I'll eat just about anything at least once except brussel sprouts (I gave it my best) and liver (ew!). My favorite restaurants are Genghis Khan in Kansas City, Jade Garden in Topeka, Buca Di Beppo and just about any mexican food joint in the world.
