I love to cook (obviously, that's why I am on this site!) It is just my fiance and myself in our house, and he loves it when I try new recipes.

I love my 2 dogs, a Lab and a Weimaraner, and spend a lot of time with them. We volunteer for a local Weimaraner rescue group, so we usually have a foster dog in our house (which means its a crazy zoo!) I am a photographer, and a wanna-be runner.
We live in St. Louis, MO but are relocating in the summer of 09. We will be moving to either Pittsburgh, PA or Raleigh-Durham, NC - depending upon where I get accepted to law school, and my fiance gets accepted to a post-doctoral program. I am hoping for NC!

Favorite Foods:

Anything ethnic - especially Thai, Indian, and Korean foods. I love trying new things and tasting new flavors. Also, chocolate!

I have lost over 80 pounds in the last 2 years, and focus mainly on healthy and nutritious recipes. We eat a lot of vegetarian meals, and love tofu and fish as well.
