Love, Love, Love, to cook and watch others enjoy the fruits of my labor. Have 2 sons, and 5 grandchildren. One of my sons is interested in culinary school and hopefully will attend so he can give Mom tips too!

My all time favorite cookbook is "Calling All Cooks" (yellow 1st book) filled with Southern Recipes that are Tried and True!

I am a police communications officer (dispatch for police and fire department) weekend shifts every week and drive a school bus when school is in session. Therefore most months of the year, I work 7 days a week.

Fall is my favorite time of the year and I love to cook with pumpkin. Have a wonderful pumpkin recipe book that is out of this world and I prefer fresh pumpkin over canned as it TRULY makes a difference.

I love to travel and look for any excuse to do road trips.

Favorite Foods:

Favorite dishes are anything pumpkin. Known in my family for Pumpkin Cake with cream cheese icing--Yum--Yum!

Love green foods (asparagus, green beans, spinach, salads, broccoli, etc).

Favorite restaurants are Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill, and any Greek restaurant although also a big fan of chinese, and Mexican, Cuban, Thai, food. Love spicy foods!
