Cooking is more than a hobby for me, its a passion. Unfortunately I don't get much time to freelance in my kitchen, but I try... Shabbos is about the only time when I can get down and dirty in flour, spices, meats, you name it. Im absolutely CRAZY for Indian, Thai, Mexican...I love hot spicey foods. I don't eat much mexican though because its very rare to find a good, kosher, mexican restaurant, or products (tortillas etc)especially not in Israel... This is a good place i figure to get intouch with culinary wonders and ideas, SO LET'S TRADE SECRETS!!!
