about me

I am a college student at Northern Illinois University studying illustration as my major. I am very new to cooking, having only started last summer! For the most part I am a self taught cook, though my mother definitely has helped me out with the basics when I am home. I am very creative as far as art goes, and luckily this seems to lend itself well to my various kitchen crusades.
In addition to being a full time student, I also teach horseback riding lessons and train young horses at a nearby stable. I enjoy teaching very much, and it is very rewarding to help people develop and refine their riding skills. I also do custom portrait work of horses and other pets for people in my area.

Favorite Foods:

Absolutely anything mexican or loaded with dark chocolate and peanut butter is my all time fav hands down!!
