about me

I was born and live in the southern United States and married into a wonderful Algerian family. I have a passion for cooking. In my free time, I love to cook and create new dishes. I especially have found it fun to cook the dishes native to my husband's homeland and have accumulated many North African, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern recipes. I am going to be posting good old Southern dishes from my grandmother Viola's collection handed down to me as well as some of the international dishes I come to love.
