Wife of an open minded eater and mom of two dachshunds (unfortunately they can't try all my recipes - lucky husband).
Busy life, but there is always time for leisure and good food!

Hard to describe, I am very eclectic!
How can I say? a Brazilian that dislike spicy foods, and that learned to cook in the US, but thru internet recipes... and most frequent restaurant is Japanese...
go figure what's my favorite food.
One thing is certain, We prefer to cook light, a lot of fish (since we often go fishing), veggies and whole grains.
But we love desserts (bye-bye light food) and there is always space for some creamy sauces once in a while.
