I am a Psychotherapist who, along with my NEW husband Andy (wedding Oct 9, 2009!), runs a busy full-time private practice near Toronto, Canada.

My favourite cookbooks have pretty much been replaced by Recipezaar. Can't beat all those ratings!

I love to cook...it relaxes me. Plus feeding my family and friends feeds my soul!

Favorite Foods:

I can cook almost ANYTHING...but I can't bake anything very impressive at all!

I have a real affinity for spices. I love their colour, history, and diversity! As long as a dish is well spiced, I'll cook it!

I am famed among friends for my Indian feasts. I put one on every year...even my Indian friends enjoy the food!
I am most praised for my butter chicken!
