My mother, Emaw, has been a great influence in my cooking. I have a cookbook here dedicated to her recipes. My daughter is married and a teacher in TN and is also a member here. Her name is Loves2Teach.

I think cooking should be fun, creative and flexable. There are a million ways to do things. DIG IN AND HAVE FUN
