I am the epitome of a foodie. I love everyting about food, shopping, planning the menu, inviting the guests, cooking the food, exploring new cuisines, travels based on food dreams, etc. I am a single guy who loves to see the smile and hear the oohs and aahs when people partake of my fare. I honestly feel that preparing food for others has brought me much happiness and satisfaction. My mother once told me that when I found sex as exciting as food, I would get married. Did I tell you I'm single?

Too many to list. I love the spectrum of food, from the very simple and splendid, to the exotic and blissful. I have lived among many cultures, and have grown to love the foods that were native to the land with one exception. I lived in Alaska amongst the native peoples for about 10 years, and could never really bring myself to ooh or aah about muktuk or seal, sorry!
