about me

I love to travel and usually the first thing I buy in a country is a cookbook. Cooking for me is a meditation and feast for the senses. Both my husband and I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and, as our tastes differ, we often end up with two different dishes for dinner. I'll send some Bulgarian recipes soon and do hope they will be enjoyed.
I am a former English teacher and at present - a free lance interior designer. My favorite pastime is weight lifting and cardio.
