about me

I'm a 29 year old Desktop Publisher for a company here in Indy. My fiance (wedding June 26, 2010..) and I just bought a house with a cute little kitchen, but is MUCH better than our previous apartment (which had room enough for only one person in the kitchen at one time!) He and I both live extremely busy lives and he's usually the one who cooks - but when I do, I like to make "simple gourmet" - meaning fresh / healthy foods with 6 ingredients or less.

Favorite Foods:

Beans - I'm really getting into beans lately.
Chili - "regular" chili, white bean chili, chicken chili, black bean chili...
Potatoes
Chicken
Greek
