The picture above is of my DH and I in Negril, Jamaica at the lovely resort, The Caves! We ate in the caves below the resort for an incredible meal and experience!

I am a stay at home mom with 2 children...Our daughter still lives at home and will turn 18 this May, 2009 and graduates from High School this year.

Our son Justin... gave us a grandson... Mason James who turned one on March 15, 2009! Our son is engaged to get married to a lovely girl, Lauren who has a son Julian Kennedy...so now we will have two grandsons!!

I used to hate cooking until the last couple of years. I really love recipezaar and all the wonderful recipes to choose from. If you can't find it here...it would be hard pressed to find it anywhere! The other bonus to Zaar are the number of wonderful cooks who have clear instructions for me to follow...I also love that you can get good ideas from those who have rated a recipe.

Favorite Foods:

We love anything spicey!!! Mexican, Thai, Indian especially. I LOVE making soups and stews. HaHa...I guess really there isn't anything we don't care for other than liver and anchovies!
