Favorite Foods:

COFFEE!! Ok, I know it's not really "food" but I love the stuff. Maybe a little too much. Anytime I get a chance to stop by a coffee shop for a little treat I take it.

Unfortunately, I also love sweets too and baking has become one of my favorite pastimes. I find it theraputic.
I'll eat almost anything If it's chocolate.

For the most part, I'm pretty easy to please. My favorite meals are mostly Italian, Mexican, Chinese and I LOVE Pasta dishes.
I also like comfort foods and quick and easy meals because there are some nights I'm short on time and I just need to get a quick meal on the table. I'm not a gourmet chef by any means but that's ok with me.

I'm not a big fan of anything extremely spicy. I just can't handle really hot foods (but I don't mind a little bit of mild heat) and my poor husband will be up all night eating antacids like they were candy. (and we wouldn't wan't that now would we?? )
