I'm happily married to my best friend of nearly twenty years now. We have one little girl and one furkid. (who is spoiled rotten and thinks she owns the place) I'm a stay at home mom and I really enjoy spending my time just hanging out and relaxing with my family. I don't think it gets any better than that.

Favorite foods?? Hmm let's see - Chocolate, coffee, chocolate, coffee, chocolate... Oh ok, only kidding. Heh.. sort of.
We enjoy cooking on the grill and we eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. I also like traditional mexican and tex-mex, comfort foods and anything with an asian flair. Unfortunately I also have an insatiable sweet tooth so I love to bake too. I'll eat almost anything if it's chocolate.
No really, I will.

As for recipe reviews, I won't say I loved a recipe if I didn't, but I won't leave a review that's intentionally rude or insulting either. What's the point???

I'd just like to say thanks to those of you who have taken the time to try/rate my recipes. Please know that although I don't always get the chance to thank you personally I do appreciate it and I thank you.
