Low sugar desserts! I am notorious for trying to adapt a dessert recipe to "healthy" - producing a very less than tasty "treat"

When I'm rarely not in the kitchen, I work from home as a Graphic Designer and am delighted to work with my husband on our healthy chocolate business!

Mashed potatoes!

Even though I love exotic ethnic cuisine and flavor-packed dishes... I still fall in love with fresh home made mashed potatoes every time.
