I live here in Jersey with my husband of 8 years, Ray and my 7 year old son, the joy of my life, Gregory. I love the theatre (I LOVE NYC), reading and cooking. My all-time favorite cookbook is the new Joy of Cooking.
If I had a month off with no responsibilites, I would go see every show and every museum that I could in New York.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are turkey (and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday just for that reason!), macaroni & cheese, goat cheese and arugula.

I am famous for making fat free desserts and interesting quick breads.
