I am a 27 year old credit coordinator in Cincinnati Ohio. I am also a certified chef and preparing to finish a bachelor degree from UC in Food Chemistry and technology. So I have a huge passion for food and know what I am talking about. If I post a recipe its only because its of the utmost quality and needs to be shared with the public!

Favorite Foods:

I love all foods but my favorite is any type of seafood. It is so delicate yet has such a beautiful flavour that melds with any seasoning, spice, and/or sauce that you pair with it. My favorite...Salmon with Hollandaise. Simple yet flavorful!!
