I like to read recipes more than I actually like to cook them.
Sounds odd, I know.
I'm a wife, mother, and a part-time library clerk.
I used to bake and cook in the past more than I do now.
I stopped enjoying cooking when my cooking and baking mentor, my Dad, died in March 2005. It's not as fun to cook if I can't share the results or chat about food with Dad.
Time will heal, and I will cook again!
But I miss you my gentle English man.
