Divorced, disabled RN, Mother and Grandmother, young at heart (late babyboomer).
Have cooked ever since I could stand on a chair to reach the stove. Cooked professionally before going into nursing. Love my family, books and the Arts.

Favorite Foods:

Mexican food, I make an excellent dish that is a cross between chow mein and chop suey!
We have a really good local Mexican Restaurant called Serapio's. I like the Outback, Carino's and used to like Steak and Ale but its been along time since I ate there.
