about me

I am Polish, but was born and raised in Canada. My Mom is a retired chef and hated to cook after work as that is what she did all day. She would leave a recipe on the refrigerator every day for me to put together for dinner. I guess that is why I love to cook. I am always looking for new recipes to try out and this site is full of them!!!!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are Pierogies, Kapusta, Cabbage Rolls and just about any cabbage dish, I guess that's the polish in me.
