about me

I am a proud American, born, raised and educated in Germany and continued the last one here, a never ending process. I retired a few years back after 21 years in law enforcement.I love to cook and bake, and I enjoy it more since I do have the time for it.My dogs tell me when it is time to start cooking for dinner.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dishes are of the old country, italian,greek,balkanstates mexican, asian and a mixture of all of these as in good old american. My favorite Restaurant is a Vietnamese "PHO" soup kitchen.
