I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Music Performance in Boston. When I'm not studying, practising or rehearsing, I like to expend my creativity in the kitchen.
My father was born in Italy, so Italian food is a must, especially polenta and risotto. I love spicy foods, especially curries of all kinds and backgrounds--Thai, Indian, etc. Given the choice I would eat mostly fish and vegetarian dishes (not that I don't enjoy a good steak from time to time), and I have a serious passion for sushi!I am health-conscious (despite a terrible sweet tooth), and enjoy legumes in almost any form, dark green veggies, and all sorts of fruit.
I am known for my baking and my tendency to share it with others. I inherited many of my grandmother's recipes including her carrot cake, chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, molasses cookies and many more...
