I am a full-time college student who loves to teach fellow students how to eat healthy. I see tons of students eating all sorts of crap because they don't know how to prepare quick healthy meals and snacks. I am older than most undergrad (27 yrs) students and have lived on my own for a number of years before transferring to complete my degree. I know how to prepare healthy unprocesed meals on a daily basis because of this. I love cooking and knowing what I put into my body!!!
I love to eat all types of food though I do have some dislikes. My favorite veggies are tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini. I try to live a healthy lifestyle by following my mother's teachings-no sugary drinks, low salt foods, tons of veggies and fruit, and whole grains. I like to cook things with simple natural flavors like herbs and without alot of salt.
