about me

My cooking experience began when I was a little girl. Momma would always call me to the kitchen when it was time to cook. I can remember sitting on the counter waiting to crack the eggs. I have always enjoyed cooking especially for my family. We have always centered our family gatherings around a "great meal". Thanksgiving and Christmas seem to be my favorite times of the year. Lots of family, friends and good, down home cookin'!!!! I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 loving children who really enjoy being my taste testers!! I am a nurse by day and "passionate chef" by night. Cooking is truely my passion.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dishes to cook would have to be chili and all kinds of soups in the fall and winter!!! I love to prepare good comfort food for my family on a cold winter day. I seem to be famous for my mini meatloaves...they are soooo good if I do say so myself..hehehe.
