about me

I am a single mother of two little girls, Adrienne is eight and Alexis is four. I am currently a student at Kaplan University. I take online courses there. My major is Web Design. I love to cook and will try almost anything at least once or twice. I also am an avid reader and play video games. I hate to clean but when I do my kids hide. I am the queen of Clorox clean up. I clean almost everything with it as long as it doesn't mess up the color. My favorite colors are blues, mostly aqua, pink, grey, browns and black. My kitchen is red & white, bedroom is muted gold and beige and the rest of the house is black, beige and tan, with the exception of my daughters' room (pink...lots and lots of pink)

Favorite Foods:

Right now my favorite thing to bake is a lemon pound cake, favorite dish to cook is baked salmon with ginger rice and green beans. I am famous for a few things, my snickerdoodles (most requested by college student friends of my brother), ice cream cup cakes (requested by my oldest classmates...every year!!) and a cheeseburger pie (Adrienne's request) because it taste just like a McDonald's cheeseburger. My two favorite restaurants are Daruma (Japanese Steakhouse) and Carrabba's(Italian). I love the sushi, sashime,rice cakes, steamed dumplings, Chinese steamed buns, salmon and steak from Daruma and I love the mussles appetizer and sirloin marsala from Carrabbas.
My kids love to go to Sweet Tomatoes and Paneras. Both girls eat everything and I mean everything even sushi!!
