I'm a manufacturers representative, selling for five steel companies. I love to cook. If I had a month off I would probably try as many recipes as I could, or maybe go to a cooking retreat.

Favorite Foods:

Jambalaya, and other cajun favorites. Also love Italian cooking. I created a wonderful, simple Shrimp w/Tortellini and walnuts. Also love to use Italian sausage with pasta.
