I own and run my own business so I am busy but have enjoyed cooking for years. I became interested in cooking back when the Frugal Gourmet had just started. My current favorite cookbook is the Best Recipe by Cooks Illustrated, my favorite publication. I am also love quilting and most crafts. I have a husband, two daughters and two dogs both loved a bull terrier and an aussie.

Lasagne
Enchiladas
I like to take dishes I've enjoyed in resturants and create home versions of them. I like American, Chinese, Mexican and Italian foods - especially comfort foods.
