I am a corrections officer.
I have a beautiful baby girl named Zoey Nicole.
I live in a small Kansas town.
I love to make and dream up new low fat recipes!

Favorite Foods:

I drink flavored coffees, as I work from midnight until 0800.
I love to eat oatmeal cooked up different ways for breakfast, I won't eat it just plain, yuck!
I eat alot of Chicken. There is no end to the meals you can make with it!
I will put KETCHUP on just about anything!
My favorite cake is Angel Food with canned Cherry pie filling on top and spray Reddi-Wip, Yum!!
The kitchen appliance I could not live with out is my Blender!!
This will sound strange, but my favorite movies are:

and
Con Air
I am famous in these parts of Kansas for my banana bread.
