The reason I think I love to cook so much is to see the satisfaction of someone enjoying something that I have worked hard to create. I love taking a recipe and putting my twist on it.
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, real estate agent, Sibu distributor, pool player, gardener, angler, and traveller.
My husband and I are newlyweds and very much in love. He is my strength and my best friend. We have four children, 27,24,20, and 10. Our granddaughters, Layla, 6 and Lily 8 mos, are our joys.
My cooking skills are self taught with the exception of the cooking channel. I am inspired by Tyler Florence, Mario Batali, Sarah Molton, and Rachel Ray. These are my favorites but I enjoy watching them all.
The one recipe requested the most by my friends is my Tiramisu. I make it just a little different from most, but it is tempermental.
My sausage pasta is also a favorite.
My husband and I have a five year plan. We are escaping to Arizona to live out our retirement. After decades of the northwest we crave the sun.
