Eat it up!

about me

I'm the mother of three wonderful children. Two girls ages 9 & 6 and one boy who's 3. I love to cook. My oldest daughter is starting to help in the kitchen and wants to eat what she cooks, so that's helping broaden her "eating" horizons! My youngest is still pretty picky, but we're dealing! My son will eat anything that won't eat him first, so he's fun at mealtimes! Thank goodness my husband is gracious enough to eat whatever I cook. (I guess he knows that if he complains, he'll be asked to do the cooking himself!!)

Favorite Foods:

I could live on my grandmother's mashed potatoes. Those things are just divine! I like chicken cooked in any which way. My favorite dessert would have to be Oreo cheesecake! It'll make you wanna smack ya mama!! (Just kidding, Mom! )
