about me

I am an Independent Agent for a Nation Company. I love to cook and have been cooking for 25 years. I've worked as a chef/cook in top notch restaurants as well as some mom and pop places. My favorite cookbook is every one published or hand written ones you find at garage sales. I think that my techniques combine old, new and every style in between. My passion is to watch the face of people who truely enjoy something they are eating. My pet peeves are recipes that are incomplete or vague.If I had a month off from work and could do anything I would spend the time with my family. One week in Hawaii, one in Disneyland CA., one in Disneyworld FL. and one at the Six Flags with the best rollercoaster.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook meats, pastas, sauces and seafood. I am famous for my polynesian style stir fry, my alfredo fettucini and I cook a mean breakfast any style. "How would you like your eggs?" Our family's favorite restaurant is Olive Garden because they can accomodate all of our tastes, including my vegetarian wife's. I love the Red Lobster when they have the all-you-can-eat crab!
