about me

i live in apple valley, mn. love cooking and baking. i like all cookbooks that break down the recipes. simple recipes are superb. i love, love, love baking! if i could, i'd open up a bakery or restaurant. that's a dream of mine. pet peeves would have to be people who are mean, inconsiderate, dishonest, ignorant and close-minded.

Favorite Foods:

i like making italian dishes. lasagna is always fun to make. i like experimenting with foods and trying out new recipes. i make an asian salsa that's super spicy and i serve that with oven-broiled chicken over rice. right now, i like this cafe. they have killer panini sandwiches. the turkey panini is to die for! the chips they make are a great side. with a touch of lemon and freshly grated pepper...you can't go wrong.
